Assistant Golf Professional Golf FT 304-22-01 Apprentice of the PGA of America or LPGA; passed PAT and registered in the PGM; high school diploma or equivalent; 3 years golf or related customer service experience.  Basic knowledge of Windows, point-of-sale and tee times software required; assists in the operation of the golf course and golf shop, starter, marshal, tee time reservations, tournament operations, golf lessons and retail merchandising.
Golf Shop Associate Golf FT 306-22-02 High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years retail customer service and cash handling experience required. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Windows, POS and Tee Time reservation systems; requires excellent verbal and written communication in English and Japanese or Korean languages; attention to detail, able to multi-task in fast paced environment to service guests and answer phones and lift up to 20 lbs. Player Assistant
Golf OC 308-22-02 High school diploma or equivalent; 2 yrs golf guest service related experience required.  Japanese language preferred.  Excellent communication skills, ability to manage course pace of play in an efficient, effective, friendly and professional manner.  Works well under pressure.  Knowledge of golf etiquette required.  Valid driver's license and must be able to operate golf cart safely; sitting for up to 7 hrs. per day.
Outside Guest Services OGS/Golf FT 314-22-05 High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years customer service experience in golf industry preferred; ability to service and interact with guests, lift golf bags up to 50 lbs. continously, attention to detail, valid driver's license, and able to safely operate golf cart required; excellent oral and written communication skills; works outdoors; schedule shifts include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Groundskeeper Grounds-Maintenance FT 511-22-04 High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of the golf course turf maintenance, construction and landscape care and 1 year hands on training or experience preferred.  Reading, writing and verbal proficiency in the English language required.
1st Assistant Superintendent Grounds-Maintenance FT 502-22-01 BA degree in Agriculture required; minimum 3 years managment experience in golf course maintenance and DOA Category 3 Ornamental & Turf Certification for Commercial Application of Restricted Use Pesticides preferred. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Irrigation  software. Possesses strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills; excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills required. Must be able to multi-task, lift or move up to 50 punds and operate all grounds-maintenance equipment.
Sales & Marketing Manager Sales & Marketing FT 201-22-02 BA degree in Marketing preferred; must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design software, web design, HTML/CSS, EZ-Links/EZ-Engage and Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of golf, Hawaii Golf Market, hospitality & tourism industry, advertising and public relations required. Media Sales; develops, plans, manages and updates website, social media, ads, promotional and collateral material; negotiates contracts; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to muti-task with attention to detail; ability to create digital and print copy.
